hipsterfood: tofu crusted with herbs & spices press the tofu slice and marinate it in some vegetable broth brush both sides with olive oil cover both sides with herbs & spices of your choosing (we poured the spices on a plate, mixed it together, and dipped the tofu in it)  cook for three-ish minutes, flip and cook for another three-ish minutes simple as that! spicy sweet coconut rice slice 1/4 cup of a moderately spicy pepper mix together 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup soy milk, 1/4 cup water, the sliced pepper, and a little agave heat until it’s boiling, then remove the peppers with a slotted spoon cook your rice in the hot mixture, adding extra water if necessary enjoy!
